Dispozitiv de încapsulat contine: un card pentru împrastiat si nivelat pudrele, doua suporturi pentru introdus câte 24 de jumatati de capsule în fiecare, un împingator pentru pudre si un cadru de suport pentru Dispozitiv de încapsulat.
Materialul din care este facut Dispozitivul de încapsulat este plastic ABS. Plasticul ABS raspunde tuturor cerintelor privind contactul plasticului cu alimentele sau cu apa pentru baut, cerinte impuse de Food and Drug Administration, Federal Health Office, Regulations of the British Plastics Organization, Bedarfsgegenständeverordnung, etc. Exista posibilitatea ca plasticul din care este facut Dispozitivul de încapsulat sa se deterioreze datorita unor pudre care contin o concentratie foarte mare de uleiuri din eugenol. Eugenolul este un ulei esential care este continut în ierburi precum: cuisoarele, scortisoara, nucsoara si frunzele de dafin. Arcurile din spatele suporturilor în care se introduc jumatatile de capsule vegetale este facut din Rasina Delrin, mult mai flexibila si rezistenta, respectând totodata si regulamentele stabilite de The National Sanitation Foundation pentru folosirea acestui homopolimer la consumul apei potabile. Cardul pentru împrastiat si nivelat pudrele este facut din PVC. În cazul în care nu doriti sa îl folositi puteti improviza unul, folosind o bucata de carton sau alt material.
Umpleti-va singuri capsulele pentru a putea:
- amesteca diferite ingrediente;
- folosi numai ingrediente crude si proaspete;
- economisi pâna la 75%;
- evita folosirea de lianti sau excipienti.
Cu o lingurita de pudra veti umple aproximativ 7 capsule de dimensiune "0" si aproximativ 5 capsule de dimensiune "00".
Greutatea acestora depinde de densitatea pudrelor pe care le consumati si utilizati la umplerea capsulelor. Unele pudre sunt mai dense decât altele. Totodata depinde si de finetea pudrelor. Pentru a fi siguri este recomandat sa cântariti fiecare pudra în parte.
Daca doriti numai o cantitate foarte mica de pudra activa pe care vreti sa o introduceti în capsule, restul continutului poate fi lapte praf sau pudra din orez. Astfel ca puteti folosi capsule cu dimensiunea "00" sau "0" unde cantitatea de pudra activa variaza în functie de amestecul pe care doriti sa îl obtineti.
Dimensiunile capsulelor si capacitate acestora de umplere:
- dimensiunea "00" capacitate 735 mg;
- dimensiunea "0" capacitate 500 mg;
- dimensiunea "1" capacitate 400 mg;
- dimensiunea "2" capacitate 300 mg;
- dimensiunea "3" capacitate 200 mg.
