Personal blender - blender portabil
Contine: baza blenderului, 1 lama din otel inox pentru blenduit, 2 cupe cu o capacitate de 0,47 litri fiecare, 1 capac pentru înfiletarea cupelor, 1 cap tip Mug to Go.
Ce putem face folosind Personal Blender:
- supe, sucuri, shake-uri, nectare, sosuri, dressing-uri, pesto, mâncare pentru bebelusi, lapte vegetal din nuci si seminte, sucuri verzi.
Printr-o simpla apasare a cupei pe motorul blenderului, acesta va blendui continutul introdus de dvs. în cupa. Nu are butoane, mai multe viteza, sau întrerupator. Printr-o simpla apasare blenderul porneste. Este silentios, iar continutul din prima cupa poate fi depozitat prin simpla fixare prin rotire a capacului din dotare. În a doua cupa puteti pune capacul tip Mug to Go dupa obtinerea shake-ului, sucului sau nectarului dorit si GATA! Poate fi consumat. Nu va mai trebuie alte cani sau recipiente în care sa trebuiasca sa turnati si apoi sa beti lichidul obtinut.

Supa Cado Cado
1 ceasca suc de morcovi
1/2 avocado
2 frunze de busuioc
1 lingura de pudra de: iarba de grâu, chlorella, orz sau spirulina
pentru savoare 1 lingura de zeama de lamâie
Toate ingredientele se blenduiesc pentru 30-45 de secunde, sau pâna la finetea dorita. Pofta buna!
Smoothie energizant din fructe
1/2 ceasca suc de portocale proaspat
1 banana congelata
2 linguri de seminte de chia sau de cânepa, înmuiate în prealabil
1 curmala fara sâmbure
1 lingura de pudra verde: iarba de grâu, chlorella, orz sau spirulina
2 cuburi de gheata
Toate ingredientele se blenduiesc pentru 30-45 de secunde, sau pâna la finetea dorita. Pofta buna!
Pesto Preslo
1/4 ceasca ulei de masline
1 lingura suc de lamâie
1/2 ceasca frunze proaspete de busuioc
1/2 ceasca patrunjel tocat marunt
2 catei de usturoi
1 lingurita sos de soia
3 linguri de muguri de pin
Toate ingredientele se blenduiesc pentru 45-60 de secunde, sau pâna la finetea dorita. Pofta buna!
